We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Sr. Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned designer with a passion for luxury, a keen eye for detail, and an in-depth knowledge of jewelry design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing jewelry pieces, including diamonds and other precious gems. This position requires a high level of creativity, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.

Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualize, design, and develop a wide range of unique and innovative jewelry pieces.

2. Collaborate closely with the design team to create cohesive and trend-forward collections.

3. Use advanced design software to create detailed 3D models of designs.

4. Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and within budget.

5. Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor products.

6. Present finalized designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.

7. Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept to final production.

8. Maintain a deep understanding of precious and semi-precious stones, including diamonds, and their applications in jewelry design.

9. Ensure all designs adhere to company standards and reflect our brand's image and values.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in jewelry design.

3. Proficiency in design software, such as CAD or Rhino.

4. A comprehensive portfolio showcasing original jewelry designs.

5. Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

6. Excellent understanding of jewelry production processes, including casting, stone setting, and finishing.

7. Deep knowledge of precious and semi-precious stones, including diamonds.

8. Strong communication and presentation skills.

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

10. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

11. Strong understanding of current market trends and a passion for fashion and jewelry design.
