Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care (Fort Wayne Clinic)

IU Health Physicians is hiring! We are seeking a  Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant  to join our Urgent Care  team at in Fort Wayne, IN!

Position Details :

• Full Time, Day Shift 3 12-hour shifts per week (8 : 00am-8 : 00pm) Rotating weekend shiftsÂ
• No call
• 100% outpatient
• 30-40 patients per day
• Provide care for patients aged 3 months and olderÂ
• Services offered : injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals
