Gondola is hiring : Social Media Coordinator in Green Bay

Assist the Packers Digital & Social team in all social media efforts, including content creation, expanding into emerging platforms, devising strategies, fostering community engagement, and managing content publication.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in managing the social media presence for the Green Bay Packers’ official accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and trending original content for all social media accounts operated by the Green Bay Packers.
• Contribute to brainstorming, data analysis, planning, and scheduling across all social media platforms.
• Grow and engage the Green Bay Packers’ digital community, helping to cultivate the next generation of fans.
• Assist with photography needs, including shooting, editing, curating, organizing and posting to social media.
• Cover Packers events live, both on-site and remotely, capturing content, clipping broadcasts, and posting in real-time.
• Maintain and uphold Packers’ brand voice and tone, effectively representing our athletes and our organization in a consistent manner.
• Monitor, track and respond to Packers-related activity across all social platforms.
• Utilize social media analytics tools to generate performance reports and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Assist with managing live streams of press conferences and other live events.
• Aid in executing paid social media campaigns.
• Act as a go-to resource for other departments within the organization to support their social media goals.

SUPERVISED BY : Manager of Social Media.
