Role Summary

Responsibilities

• Quoting : Identify proper coverage, deliver price options, close sales, prepare quotes within guidelines, and explain coverage to customers.
• Billing Support : Assist customers with policy purchasing, answer billing questions, process online payments, and manage transactions.
• Underwriting Activities : Provide excellent customer service, evaluate risks, determine policy terms, use software to rate risks, and collaborate with underwriters for endorsements.
• Third Party Data : Use external tools and data to improve underwriting decisions and results.
