Job descriptionOutstanding health, medical, dental, life and vision benefits 401K with company contribution Paid vacation, select holidays and accrued personal days State-of-the-art facility Employee pricing on vehicles, service repairs and parts Team building and training Manufacturer uniforms provided Ample storage space for your toolbox Highly productive, clean, and professional shop Highly motivated and experienced team Career advancement opportunities and schooling Continued education, manufacturer hands on and web-based training As an Apprentice Technician, you will work alongside our top technicians in the shop and learn / perform repairs that are beyond the scope of an Express Technician Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Effectively communicate with your Technician Mentor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Learn how to use our drive-through car wash for every customer vehicle Previous express technician experience preferred but willing to hire a student currently enrolled in an established Automotive Program Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Team player and proactive communicator Ability to learn new technology Ensure that customer's cars are kept clean Fix it right the first-time mentality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
