We’re representing a leading Commercial General Contractor based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects across the region. They are now seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage ground-up multifamily projects valued at $50M and above.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, scheduling, and quality control
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Maintain site documentation, safety compliance, and daily progress reports
