As a Patient Coordinator, you will serve as the front-line representative, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all patients. Your role is crucial in coordinating patient appointments, managing records, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist patients during their visit, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Manage scheduling of patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Verify insurance information and process necessary authorizations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide information to patients regarding services, treatment processes, and insurance inquiries.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements
Qualifications :
