FP&A Analyst
Forter is looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") team. The FP&A team manages short- and long-term planning and partners with the business to analyze opportunities and support P&L management.
Reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A, the FP&A Analyst will partner with the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Org, to prepare regular reporting as well as top-line metric modeling for business critical KPIs. Additionally, the FP&A analyst will support management and executive reporting packages, expense budgeting, and headcount models. Other activities will include support to cross-functional business partners as well as other finance teams such as Business Intelligence ("BI"), Risk, and Accounting.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can execute deliverables independently, has careful attention to data integrity, can think analytically about key company value drivers, and is comfortable working with large data sets. Additionally, the ideal candidate enjoys contributing to a small team, working cross-functionally with business partners, and is excited to work in a dynamic and fast-paced scale-up environment.
This position will be based in New York and follow a hybrid model.
