Senior Systems Engineer - Test And Evaluation Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Manager for the Airspace and Surface Radar Reconnaissance (ASRR) system. Working with Honovee Support, the T&E Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting test results across all program partners to respond to stakeholder information needs. The ideal candidate will coordinate comprehensive testing activities across multiple locations including the Systems Integration Lab (SIL), subcontractor sites, and overseas locations, ensuring all ASRR subsystems meet mission-critical requirements and operational demands.
Responsibilities include :
Test Planning and Execution :
- Plan, execute, and report results of tests across all ASRR partners
- Develop comprehensive test strategies
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple locations
- Ensure test execution addresses stakeholder information needs

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related STEM fieldExperience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in applied systems engineering methodology with focus on test and evaluation of complex systemsDemonstrated experience managing test programs across multiple organizations and locationsExperience with ISR technologies such as EO / IR, radar, SIGINT, or similar sensor systemsProven track record of leading test integration activities and coordinating cross-functional teamsTechnical Skills :
Hands-on experience with integration and testing of complex systems on military platformsExperience with test planning, test procedure development, and test executionKnowledge of test instrumentation, data collection systems, and measurement techniquesUnderstanding of modeling and simulation tools and their integration with test activitiesTest and Evaluation Expertise :
Experience with test readiness reviews, test procedure development, and test execution oversightKnowledge of developmental testing, integration testing, and operational testing methodologiesExperience with software testing, interface testing, and systems integration verificationFamiliarity with test range operations and field-testing environmentsProject Management Skills :
Strong project management skills with ability to coordinate activities across multiple organizationsExperience tracking complex schedules and managing resource conflictsProven ability to lead working groups and facilitate technical coordination meetingsExperience with risk management processes and escalation proceduresTools and Systems :
