Real Estate Associate Attorney
Location : Roseland, NJ
Compensation : $155,000–$210,000 per year (based on experience) + discretionary bonus and merit-based increases
Job Type : Full-time | Hybrid (office and client-facing work as required)

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial real estate agreements, including purchase and sale contracts, leases, financing documents, and development agreements.
- Conduct due diligence, coordinate with counterparties, and manage closings for complex real estate transactions.
- Provide counsel on zoning, land use, title, and regulatory matters.
- Assist with projects involving transactional and business law, as well as environmental and environmental insurance issues.
- Work on transactions involving multiple asset classes such as multi-family, retail, office, and industrial properties.
- Support land development, construction, 1031 exchanges, and partnership or deal structuring.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active admission to the New Jersey Bar; New York Bar admission preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.Proven drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently while working collaboratively within a team.Familiarity with financing, zoning, and development structures a plus.Compensation & Benefits
