Responsibilities
Provides administrative and payroll support during year-end activities.
Assists with employee help cases, scanning and loading garnishments and tax documents, responding to employee verifications, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.
Identifies and follows established processes to ensure efficient and accurate execution of payroll-related tasks.
Frequently interacts with team members and internal customers to exchange factual information and provide timely support.
Works on moderately complex assignments requiring judgment and attention to detail.
Receives objectives with guidance on goals and methods, and applies knowledge of payroll and administrative procedures to complete a wide range of tasks.
Maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
Typically operates independently with minimal instruction on daily responsibilities.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available for this position.
Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related administrative or payroll experience.
Solid understanding of payroll support tasks.
Demonstrates skills in confidentiality, attention to detail, time management, and communication.
Proficiency in document handling and office systems is essential.
Workday knowledge preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and follow established processes to complete a variety of tasks accurately and efficiently.
