We offer 3 weeks of paid leave. Employees can also qualify for an additional 6 weeks of paid leave (potential for 9 Weeks Paid leave / year total).

• In order to qualify for an additional 6 weeks of paid leave- occurring between mid-April and mid-July;
• Must be a Full Time Company Employee for 6 months
• Must have good attendance

We have 4 positions and are looking for a SELF-MOTIVATED and detail-oriented individual to be trained in seed quality aspects of production operations.

Trained individuals will be able to monitor and achieve seed specifications critical to seed quality and precision planting practices.

Responsibilities include :

• Operating and maintaining equipment used in seed coating, drying and sizing / conditioning operations
• Accurately, logging, and recording data in daily operations
• Following written / verbal instructions in order to maintain the highest standards of seed product quality

Up to 9 Weeks Paid leave per YEAR-From April to July.
