Overview :

Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in providing patient care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians / nurse practitioner and the leader.  Seeking experienced Medical Assistant with background in surgical practice setting.

Qualifications : Medical Assistant :

Education : High School Diploma or GED.

Certification : Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire .

Experience : 6 months of clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a surgical specialty office.

Or

Certified Medical Assistant :

Education : High School Diploma or GED.

Certification : Must have active Medical Assistant certification / registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA).

Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire
