Our client a Fortune 500 Software Organization is seeking a Senior Business & Marketing Operations Manager to bring onto the team.

The Opportunity

Seeking a collaborative Senior Business & Marketing Operations Manager to support Product Marketing team. Ideal for those looking for a high-impact role who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution.

This individual will work closely with PMM leadership and partners in Product, Marketing, Finance, and GTM to enhance business performance and operational systems.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Business Operations

• Partner with Product Marketing leaders to translate strategic plans into operational execution that delivers measurable business impact across pricing, packaging, segmentation, growth planning, and go-to-market
• Coordinate and lead operational cadences, such as QBRs, roadmap reviews, business health reviews, and objectives and key results tracking
• Support annual planning cycles, executive deliverables, and achievement tracking across initiatives
• Monitor category performance, surface insights from product, marketing, and customer data, and drive action in collaboration with Analytics and Finance
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment and proactively identify risks, misalignments, or decision bottlenecks
• Develop executive communication assets : craft clear and persuasive narratives to support reviews, decisions, and partner alignment
