ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Influencer Marketing Paid Social Strategist (IM-PS) owns the paid social amplification of influencer marketing campaigns. The IM-PS takes influencer-created content and deploys it strategically across social platforms to maximize performance against client goals. This role ensures influencer content is targeted, optimized, and executed seamlessly as part of our Influencer Marketing campaign execution. Partnering closely with the Influencer Marketing Account Strategist and Account Management teams, the IM-PS traffics and manages paid social ads, monitors performance in real-time, and delivers actionable insights that enhance overall campaign outcomes.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Traffic, launch, and manage influencer-driven paid social ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedInMonitor live campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve KPIs and budget pacing goalsPartner with account teams to align paid social execution with influencer campaign strategyGenerate performance reports with insights on how paid amplification impacted campaign outcomes
Collaborate with team members to prepare reporting decks with actionable insights, provide updates to teamsStay current on paid social ad formats, platform updates, and best practices for boosting creator contentBENEFITS

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1–3 years of experience in developing data-driven social media strategies and managing paid social campaignsProficiency using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other social ad platformsExperience creating and implementing custom audiences, events, and pixels on social ad campaignsStrong organizational skills, detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to analyze performance data and make recommendations for optimizationComfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Excel and reporting dashboardsSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Experience working on influencer-driven paid social campaignsFamiliarity with third-party ad serving, tracking, or reporting tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Domo)Strong interest in social media trends and emerging ad formatsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning#J-18808-Ljbffr
