Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) – Abe
Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. The Senior Strategist will work with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables. This is a ground-floor opportunity in a fast-growing specialty agency.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Maintain personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years experience at a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units (conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)Proficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and moreAbility to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint successStrong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics / GA4, Excel, or other analytics platformsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataCompetitive and curious problem solverInterest in staying on the cutting edge of the industry and sharing insightsAbility to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQuality-focused with passion for advertisingWillingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as neededWhat Success Looks Like

As a remote-first company, you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available where we have established operations; you must have work authorization and reside in the country of operation. This role can operate 100% virtually from your home office and primarily uses Zoom and Slack for collaboration.
