Responsibilities : The Sales Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and growing an expanding business, with a strong emphasis on sales, customer experience, and branch leadership. This is a hands-on role requiring a leader who can stabilize the branch, develop account managers, and drive new business in the manufacturing, construction, and industrial markets. The manager will oversee P&L, sales, and customer relationships with an uncapped bonus potential.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of proven success in construction, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sales
• Strong leadership mindset with ability to coach and develop greener sales reps while also driving individual sales
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to turn a branch around and grow it into a market leader
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite; ability to learn ERP and inspection software
• Budget management is a plus
