Job Summary
Responsible for daily receiving of incoming parts and shipping of products and / or materials for United Rotorcraft Division.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following.
Review purchase orders with parts received from vendors to ensure orders are being filled and notifies purchasing if discrepancies are found
Verify all air worthiness documentation is received with incoming part; assists inspection with organization of documentation, and notifies vendor when it is incomplete
Perform daily filing of all paper work associated with shipping and receiving
Deliver all incoming parts to their respective places
Record shipment data including Work Order and destination
Stock incoming parts
Perform data entry duties in the input items received
Operates a Fork Lift
Clean and sweep inventory area to maintain safe working environment and keep receiving area secure
Prepare daily copies of all packing lists for accounting department
Insures all governing regulations and procedures are followed
Other Duties as assigned.

Subject to applicable laws and Air Methods policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position. All employees must follow Air Methods employment practices and policies.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to five years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years in Shipping and Receiving experience preferred
Ability to operate a Fork Lift
Skills
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Shipping / Receiving computer software knowledge preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Forklift Certification preferred
Salary
- Hiring Salary Range : $$15.00 / hr - $18.74 / hr
