Regional Sales Manager Pacific Northwest South Central Territory - Individual Contributor Role

Ideal location for candidates to reside in : Washington / Oregon

The territory for this role will be Texas, Oklahoma, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Alberta and British Columbia.

As a Regional Sales Manager at Bartelt Packaging , you will contribute to the overall success of the Company by proactively developing leads, establishing, and maintaining excellent customer relations, and selling Company products and services at a level that increases profitability for the region.

In this role, you will

  • Sell Bartelt product lines.
  • Develop new and maintain existing account relations ethically and profitably.
  • Support national accounts as required.
  • Follow up on Company-supplied leads on time.
  • Maintain a prospective / customer database.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes for prospects within the Company standard guidelines.
  • Develop reports in keeping with Company reporting mechanisms.
  • Keep current on trends from both market and technical standpoints.

Who are we looking for?

  • College degree with proven sales experience and documented success.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and match their solutions with Company products / services.
  • Knowledge of industry and applications.
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
  • Ability to be on the road visiting prospects, current customers, vendors, etc.
  • Must have own, dependable vehicle and good driving record.
  • Ability to conduct business ethically and successfully.
  • Self-motivated with, a strong desire to achieve personal / professional growth.
  • Strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 60% - 70% of the time.

Total Compensation Range : $80,000-$210,000.
