Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the data onboarding process, including data integration and platform configuration
Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate data issues during implementation, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Provide exceptional customer support regarding ongoing data needs through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in customer-facing data support
Knowledge of EdTech data, including rostering, demographics, and assessment data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
