Job descriptionAfter a successful 90-day review focused on Pace, Attendance, Quality, and Safety. base pay may increase to $23.50 / hr. Start time : 10 : 15 am sharp. End time : typically, 8 : 00 pm or earlier. Typical Schedule : Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, and Fri-Mon Paid training We provide all the tools to do the job. (Van, phone, uniform, etc) Overtime after 40 clocked hours (time and a half). Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued from day 1. Health, Dental, and Vision coverage are available after 30 days for FTEs 401k (matching) after 90 days, vested after 18 months. We recognize that our delivery drivers are our biggest asset and treat each as a professional with trust and respect. That said, we do not tolerate underperforming individuals who affect the overall team performance. We are fanatical about Safety while driving and delivery. We care about you and your career success. Many of our former teammates have gone on to successful careers in other fields based on our recommendations and references. Must be 21 years or older Have a valid Driver's License Successful drug test (THC / Marijuana is okay). Possess a positive, "can-do" customer-first attitude. Be 100 % Reliable : Report to Work on Time, Every Day. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and willing to work at a fast pace in all types of weather. Perform a minimum of 20-25 stops per hour.
Delivery Driver
As a Delivery Driver for Pinnacle Delivery Service LLC, we have four simple rules :
- Show up on time and be ready to work.
- Provide quality delivery experience.
- Safe, incident-free driving.
- Go home safe and sound.
Pay starts at $23.25 / hr. However, most of our delivery drivers earn $24-$27+ with weekly bonuses!
