We’re hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the roadmap for our Voice AI backend — the core infrastructure that powers speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLM integrations, and real-time call control. This is a brand-new role with high visibility, reporting directly into Product and working closely with engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Voice AI backend roadmap end-to-end.
• Scope and prioritize features around STT, TTS, VAD, and LLM integrations .
• Define requirements for programmable voice primitives (call control, media injection, partial ASR).
• Partner with engineering to deliver improvements in latency, reliability, and multi-engine support .
• Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure performance and UX.
• Act as the “glue” between product, engineering, and leadership .
