This role offers the opportunity to define and drive the next generation of AI-powered autonomous agents that transform supply chain operations. You will lead the development of digital workers capable of learning, collaborating, and automating complex workflows, combining strategic product leadership with hands-on technical expertise. The position involves shaping product roadmaps, building prototypes, engaging with enterprise customers, and driving measurable business impact. You will work closely with data science, engineering, and customer-facing teams to create AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver tangible ROI. Accountabilities :
- Define and execute the product roadmap for agentic AI solutions, aligning with strategic business goals.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including proof-of-concept development and prototyping.
- Analyze data and validate hypotheses using SQL, Python, and AI tools to optimize product performance.
- Establish detailed requirements for AI agent capabilities, decision-making frameworks, and collaborative behaviors.
- Engage with enterprise customers to identify high-value use cases and translate operational workflows into autonomous agent behaviors.
- Drive go-to-market strategy, adoption metrics, and customer outcomes for AI agent products.
- Conduct A / B tests, define success metrics, and measure ROI for autonomous AI solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and operations teams to ensure product alignment and impact.
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience in high-growth SaaS environments.Minimum 2 years of experience managing AI / ML products with enterprise B2B impact.Hands-on experience with autonomous systems, intelligent automation, or conversational AI.Strong supply chain domain knowledge, including operational challenges, TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.Technical proficiency with AI prototyping tools, SQL, Python, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems.Understanding of API design, system architecture, and product lifecycle management.Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical teams, executives, and customers.Analytical, data-driven decision-making and proactive problem-solving mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree or MBA in AI / ML is a plus.Preferred : experience with digital twin technology, real-time visibility platforms, or contributions to AI / ML communities.Benefits
