You will engage directly with customers to uncover needs, validate use cases, and translate insights into impactful AI-driven workflows. This position is ideal for a product leader with strong SaaS experience, technical fluency in AI, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Accountabilities :

• Own and execute the AI-first product roadmap and user experience.
• Transform SaaS platforms into AI-driven experiences using prompt engineering, conversational interfaces, and agent-based workflows.
• Prototype AI solutions with modern tools, making build vs. buy decisions for production-ready capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new AI features from concept through launch and scale.
• Engage with customers to validate high-impact AI use cases and translate insights into actionable workflows.
• Develop internal frameworks for testing, iterating, and scaling AI agents, prompts, and datasets.
• Stay ahead of AI trends by evaluating emerging LLMs, APIs, and agent frameworks to inform the roadmap.
• Champion AI execution excellence internally, influencing teams and executives with clear opportunities, risks, and impact.
