Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer software applications

Proficiency using EMR applications and understanding of OT documentation guidelines

Must be open-minded and be able to both take and provide constructive criticism well

Strong organization skills and abilities to manage multiple tasks at once

Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all populations

Ability to understand and explain anatomical functions and descriptions of therapies being provided

Ability to answer patient questions in professional scientific manner

Ability to lift 20-50 Lbs. on occasion
