Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and improve clinical staffing workflows, including credentialing and onboarding procedures

Manage the completion and renewal of healthcare staffing licenses, ensuring regulatory compliance

Lead efforts to obtain and maintain relevant certifications and ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in clinical staffing and healthcare recruitment

Proven ability to develop and manage compliant staffing processes aligned with industry regulations

Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving initiatives and process improvements

Familiarity with employment laws and healthcare staffing regulations

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
