What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Observe and report any unusual incidents or activities within the premises to appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and patrols.

Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns specific to a technology and media environment.

Minimum Requirements :

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
