Job descriptionSix months of relatable experience. Excellent communication skills. Have good time management skills. Ability to Multitask. Ability to clear federal, state credit check, and fingerprinting-along with other pre-employment screenings.
VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Front Office Receptionist for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM.
As a Front Office Receptionist you will :
- Take all incoming phone calls.
- Create Word documents.
- Schedule appointments.
- Coordinate meetings with staff.
Front Office Receptionists must meet the following requirements for consideration :
Dress code is business professional (no jeans or leggings).
This is a full-time temp-to-hire position with a schedule of Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-4pm.
Pay for this position is $19-$22 per hour DOE.
