  • We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric / Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services.
  • Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists / neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists.
  • We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above.
  • Each patient is treated with compassion and respect at Harmony United Psychiatric Care.  We strive to provide the best treatment possible through individualized care for patients' needs.

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager Operations to join our Operations team.
  • This individual will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
  • The position involves assisting in team management, streamlining operational workflows, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Additionally, the Assistant Manager will contribute to ongoing performance improvement initiatives and promote effective cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Human Resources, System Admin & IT, Office Management and other departments as well.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare operations domain, including at least 3 years as a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving successful strategies.
  • Candidate must have a master’s degree.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance standards, and productivity metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Planning, developing, and overseeing Company’s operations and team functions.
  • Conduct internal meetings engaging in leading a solutions-oriented approach to improve transition of care, co-ordination, and healthcare delivery system, and guide providers as it relates to timely reports, authorizations, and requirements.
  • Manage staffing, productivity, and inventory to ensure adherence to KPIs and regulatory standards.
  • Improve coordination and efficiency in the healthcare delivery system through collaborative strategies.
  • Work with the Operations Manager and Director of Operations to ensure appropriate and timely use of Utilization Management guidelines.
