As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve monitoring access verifying credentials and maintaining a professional presence at the front desk. Pay Rate : $26.46 / Hour

Mon 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Tue 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Wed 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Thur 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

Fri 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate healthcare and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

Monitor access to the location verifying credentials and managing visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established protocols.

Communicate with site personnel and / or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance to employees contractors and visitors.

Document and report any security-related incidents unusual activity or concerns according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Support security-related operations by answering phones directing inquiries and providing information as required.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience.

Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
