As a Security Professional - Front Desk Patrol in Gaithersburg, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more.

As a Front Desk professional in a healthcare location, you will be responsible for monitoring access, managing badge entry, and providing a welcoming presence to all visitors and staff. Your role involves assisting with security-related matters, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will utilize computer or tablet systems as part of your daily responsibilities. Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeSat03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PMSun03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional presence.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies relevant to a healthcare location.
• Monitor access to the premises, verifying identification and managing visitor logs as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate with staff and management regarding any security-related concerns or unusual activity observed at the front desk area.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with other personnel as needed.
