Make an impact in the role of Postal Clerk to assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and support the preparation and delivery of goods or services. Other duties include follow safety procedures and company policies, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with processing returns and exchanges, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, provide excellent service to customers and team members, along with work collaboratively across teams and departments, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, maintain accurate records and documentation. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
