Counter Sales- Automotive Glass (Sioux Falls)

Looking for a person to handle our Automotive Glass Counter Sales & Phone Customer Service in our Sioux Falls, SD location.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, whether in person or over the phone. In this position, you will assist customers by ordering parts, locating parts to order, advise on parts needed.

The following is a list of duties and responsibilities associated with this position :

• Meet / Greet customers in person or on the phone
• Arrange prompt and accurate repairs to customer vehicle
• Order parts and schedule delivery for wholesale customers
• Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, accept payments, and other light office duties.
• Enforce / follow companies safety standards
• Ensure appropriate parts are obtained for vehicle repair
• Take ownership and accept accountability for delivering outstanding service levels.
• Light warehouse duties

Requirements :

Strong technical and Customer Service performance record

Automotive parts and PBE experience

Pay depends on experience.
