Oversee and reconcile critical donor accounts receivable and deferred revenue balance sheet accounts.
Assist in matching fundraising revenue from the accounting records to the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver billing and reporting documentation to non-profit, municipal, and state agencies.
Produce clear, timely, financial reporting tailored to nonprofit and governmental stakeholders.
Monitor adherence to funder budgets and / or contracts.
Provide support for general finance department operations including financial audits and compliance reviews, particularly those involving grant funding.
Maintain comprehensive records of grant activity, including allocations and expenditures, in accordance with award stipulations.
Manage and interpret multiple sources of revenue within large data sets using Excel integration formulas.
Qualifications :
3 years of progressive accounting experience preferred, with a focus on revenue recognition, preferably within nonprofit, governmental, or cultural organizations. Public Accounting experience focusing on the non-profit sector will also be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Related Field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
