Job Summary :

U.S. Electrical Services Inc. is searching for a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee the warehouse team in our Cranbury, NJ distribution center. This position will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and be responsible for the following :

Oversee the cutting of wire in the wire department including assigning work and closing out work tickets.

• Protect Company assets from theft and damage.
• Assist supervisors with implementation and enforcement of Central Distribution Center policies and procedures.
• Train and continuously develop new and existing employees.
• Support Central Distribution Center's team to maximize customer service and accuracy while seeking improvements on operational efficiency.
• Report and document equipment failures or unsafe working conditions to management team.
• Other general warehouse duties to be assigned.
