Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with the sales and estimating teams to drive accurate project handoffs
• Meet with customers to discuss project needs, design criteria, and material selections. Provide accurate project delivery dates and manage client relationships and expectations.
• Communicate with the programming and fabrication teams to ensure accurate stone and solid surface cuts and edge profiles are produced according to the project specifications
• Schedule Template Technicians and installation of countertops at the job site. Coordinates with installation crews to ensure proper installation of countertops, including sink cutouts, backsplashes and other requirements.
• Inspect all aspects of the project to ensure company quality standards are met
• Utilize project management software to track project progress, deadlines, and budgets
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, such as material discrepancies or installation discrepancies
• Drive success of installation processes from sales order to cash collection and warranty
• Coordinate with Office Manager on billings and payments with customers. Supports Office Manager on accounts receivable and communicates with customers to ensure prompt payment.
• Accurately track and price change orders for project portfolio
• Make recommendations to leadership regarding suggested procedural changes
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and employees
• Ability to travel and stay overnight as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
