Job Description

Lead overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.

Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, change orders, and billing.

Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.

Identify and resolve project issues to minimize risk and maintain progress.

Manage project closeout, including punch list, final inspections, and turnover documentation.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of Project Manager experience working for a General Contractor in the commercial space

Someone who puts relationships and safety before all else

Teamwork is your #1 core working value and views Superintendents as your equal counterpart

Looking for someone with projects experience $5-$30M

Ideal project sectors include : higher education / institutional, K12 schools, healthcare, light industrial

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field highly desirable

Applicable construction management software proficiency (Procore preferred)

Effective team-building skills to support a positive team atmosphere & meet high productivity goals
