Hospice Home CNA, PRN
Transitions LifeCare is hiring immediately. As one of the community's industry leaders, we provide exceptional home health, hospice, and palliative care services throughout our 8-county territory. Transitions LifeCare's goal is to care for individuals and families with compassion, support, and expertise as they navigate the end of life or life changing illness.
The schedule for this position is 3 shifts per month- either 7 : 00am-7 : 30pm or 7 : 00pm-7 : 30am. Why you should join Transitions :

Current CNA listing with NC Home Health Aide RegistryMust have reliable transportationMinimum of 1 year experienceMust submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelinesWhat you can expect from us :
