Summary :

You are the liaison between the doctor and the patient and can easily connect with patients and meet them where they are! Your ability to have compassion and understanding provides a calm and warm environment for patients who are anxious and concerned about how to afford dentistry. You help patients gain a greater understanding of their treatment and their dental health plan benefits. You have excellent verbal communication skills. Most importantly, you are here to provide a high level of support and an incredible customer experience.

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Be present during comprehensive exams to understand patient treatment needs.
• When necessary, be present during re-care exams to understand patient treatment needs.
• Handle objections to the proposed treatment.
• Present case fees and financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say "yes."
• Present or co-present the treatment plan and consent.
• Educate patients, as necessary, regarding their dental benefits.
• Determine dental benefit eligibility, limitations, and payment estimates necessary to
• facilitate financial arrangements.
• Ensure patients are up-to-date on their financial obligations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
