Summary of the Opportunity
Client Overview : Our client is a leading technology company that supports major OEMs in profiled key devices for marketing and highlighting new features.
Role Summary : As the Microsoft Device Partner Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, collaborating with Account teams and the MSFT Feature Device Team, managing submissions and input devices, and delivering on reporting requests.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate projects for Feature Device, making detailed plans and directing the integration of partner activities.
Work with Account teams on strategy for submissions and key devices, as well as Feature device rules / guidance.
Collaborate with MSFT Feature Device Team on program guidelines, deadlines, and submission requirements.
Manage submissions and input devices into the Device Dashboard using OLE, working closely with Accounts.
Manage post-selection submission and device inputs using OME, in collaboration with Accounts.
Work with WW Account Leads to manage Incentive Program device input into the Device Dashboard.
Deliver on as-needed reporting requests across Feature Devices, Gaming, and hero marketing.
Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :
1+ years of Microsoft experience required either as FTE or vendor.
1+ years of Partner Relationship experience, with the ability to confidently communicate with clients.
1+ years of basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Microsoft forms.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Prior OEM Feature Device experience (highly preferred).
Partner and marketing experience working with OEM partners.
Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Basic knowledge of PC Market, OEM Business, and Windows PCs.
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning monthly data input cycles.
