The Position

This full-time, in-office role for Construction Estimator is responsible for reviewing construction estimates in Xactimate and Symbility, providing feedback and recommendations with detailed justification through line-item notes that align with company goals. The estimator will also create construction estimates from digital sources.

This is a new position with potential for advancement into management, overseeing a team and utilizing current and future technology to build high-quality estimates. Collaboration with the V.P. of construction to develop SOPs and process maps is expected. The role offers work-from-home opportunities alongside in-office work.

The starting salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, with up to a 20% bonus.
