The Country Of Origin Program Manager will direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. This role will drive program execution to achieve key business initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding countries of concern through our engineering and supply chain operations. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create or enhance processes that provide visibility into the country of origin (COO) at multiple tiers. Additionally, the role will focus on improving internal processes to reduce dependencies on countries of concern. These processes may involve engineering, finance, operations, PLM supply chain, and other organizations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Program Management : Direct all phases of multiple sub-projects within the COO program lifecycle, from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Process Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance processes that ensure multi-tier visibility into the country of origin (COO). Additionally, implement strategies that enable the TCOM organization to reduce its dependence on countries of concern.
• Compliance Assurance : Ensure all program activities comply with regulations regarding countries of concern, working closely with engineering and supply chain operations.
• Risk Mitigation : Help to identify and implement strategies to reduce dependencies on countries of concern, enhancing supply chain resilience.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for program-related activities, leading review sessions with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Resource Allocation : Ensure that all necessary resources, including engineering, manpower, subcontracts, and line items, are available to support program objectives.
• Financial Process Adaptation : Update financial processes to reflect changes in part pricing and NRE costs, ensuring accurate tracking and integration into catalog pricing and program cost management related to COO.
• Performance Monitoring : Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program problems and implementing solutions.
• Leadership : Provide leadership and direction to employees assigned to tiger teams to support the subproject activity.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Supply Chain Engagement : Continuously engage with the supply chain to lead and align business processes, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with COO requirements.
• Process Alignment : Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure business processes are aligned with program goals and regulatory requirements, facilitating smooth operations and effective risk management.
• Engineering Alignment : Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment on program goals, technical requirements, and compliance with COO regulations. Facilitate communication between engineering and other functional areas to resolve issues and drive program success.
