This role requires someone who can follow established systems with precision, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure customers receive their tickets promptly. Responsibilities Include :

Managing the buying of tickets and ensuring timely entry into inventory systems

Tracking and overseeing the sale of tickets to ensure accurate fulfillment

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow

Monitoring customer orders to guarantee tickets are delivered on time

Following established procedures to maintain accuracy and compliance

Identifying and resolving issues quickly to avoid delays

Ideal Qualifications :

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Prior experience in operations, project management, or ticketing preferred

Quick learner with the ability to follow structured systems and processes
