Job Title : Customer Service Support (Onsite – Part Time)
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
Location : Cumberland, RI (Onsite, 5 days / week)

Position Summary :
Support administrative tasks in a healthcare / call center setting, focusing on patient and prescription records (HIPAA compliant). No call-taking required; role emphasizes data entry, support, and coordination.
Responsibilities :
Accurately process patient and prescription info in compliance with HIPAAData entry in internal systems (training provided)Process and organize mail, correspondence, and receiptsVerify / re-verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, 3rd party)Maintain accurate documentation for patient accounts and referral sourcesSupport patient services, supplies, and insurance needsWork independently while meeting accuracy / productivity goalsAssist in resolving patient or insurance-related issues as neededQualifications :
High School Diploma or GED1+ year customer service or call center experience (healthcare / insurance preferred)Strong data entry and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)Knowledge of insurance, Medicare / Medicaid, or medical terminology a plusOrganized, detail-oriented, able to multitaskEffective and empathetic communicationSafety-sensitive, able to work independentlyWork Environment :
