Support Coordinator
Reporting to : Head of Operations
Contract : 9 Months Fixed Term
Location : Home Based, Sydney - Australia
We're looking for a highly motivated Support Coordinator to complement our fantastic team. As our Support Coordinator, you will provide operational support to our global customers to ensure Audoo's high levels of quality and service are maintained.
16 hours per week (4 hours Monday-Thursday)

Primary Responsibilities
Providing customer support via telephone / email / in personCoordinating daily support workflow tasks across global networkManaging installationsResolving stakeholder questions and issuesWorking closely with third parties to manage the escalation of issuesSuggesting solutions for common problems and creating documentationLogistics and product shipmentsPerform quality controls and monitor KPIsReporting on support activity, results and trendsImproving overall stakeholder satisfactionQualifications & Experience
Essential
Proven experience in a similar support role or self-starter with a can-do attitudeAbility to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication skillsOutstanding organisational skills & high attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skillsDesirable
Experience of working in an early-stage companyKnowledge of business principlesLeadership abilityFull Australian driving license and access to vehicleQualities and Attitude
