Summit Racing Equipment is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative starting at $15.40 an hour! Successful applicants should have previous Retail / cash drawer experience and be comfortable talking with customers. Our store is open 7 days a week from 9 : 00am to 7 : 00pm so the work shift will vary. A successful applicant would be required to work Full-Time (40 hours per week) and have a flexible schedule, including working evenings. Fridays and Saturdays are a Must. Other duties may be assigned. Talks with customers in person and assists customers in returning or exchanging products.Processes returns and completes paperwork for warranty returns when a return specialist is not available.Ensures retail location is clear of missing parts.Stocks shelves and counters with merchandise.Assists in setting up advertising displays or arranging merchandise on counters to promote sales.Follows performance standard as written.Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise.Obtains merchandise requested by customers and places merchandise in a bag or box. Assists customers in carrying larger items to their vehicle.Answers customers' questions and offer assistance or direction.Cleans shelves, counters, and displays.Greet customers when they enter the store and checks packages and receipts when exiting the store.Thank customers for their business.Computer proficiency a MUSTEDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three months customer service or sales-related experience and / or training preferred.
