In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial and project management skills, a solid understanding of electrical construction industry, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
• Direct and make decisions to guide your team on the project to ensure efficiency and financial success.
• Prepare contracts or negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Utilize software tools such as Procore or Foundation.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, employees and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports on progress and any changes made during the project lifecycle.
