Job description

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Merchant Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, optimizing their online presence and enhancing menu pages

Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to assess satisfaction and gather feedback

Respond to inquiries and maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a High School degree / GED required

1-2 years of Sales experience, preferably with restaurant owners

Fluency in Mandarin and native-level fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Strong computer skills, with experience in MS Office, Google products, and CRM software preferred
