California Licensed Environmental / Toxic Tort Attorney (Remote Position)

Join Latitude Legal, a national legal services company, as a California licensed Environmental / Toxic Tort Attorney. The role is fully remote, and we seek attorneys with at least three years of experience handling toxic tort cases. Ideal candidates also possess experience with discovery, motions, depositions, and court hearings.

Responsibilities

Handle toxic tort litigation as part of a dynamic team; prepare written discovery, motion work, deposition questions, and present at court hearings. Work independently or collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience handling toxic tort cases
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed in California
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references

Position Details

Compensation

The annualized compensation ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis. Latitude engages professionals as W2 employees and offers full benefits for 20+ hours per week, including a 401(k) plan, Group Life, LTD, AD&D, professional liability, CLE, and professional expense stipends.
