Youll manage daily accounting tasks, assist with month-end and year-end processes, and ensure accurate financial records. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team, contribute innovative ideas, and make a meaningful impact on our success.Manage daily accounting and financial processes (payments, deposits, reconciliations)Record and track commissionsPrepare and distribute financial reportsHandle billing and invoicing, including resolving errors and coordinating collections.Support month-end and year-end processes (reconciliations, accruals, reporting)Assist with audits and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate financial records and documentationProvide support to colleagues and contribute to projects as neededBuild and maintain positive working relationships across the teamRequirements : College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.Proficiency in AI tools and experience using systems such as ImageRight, Outlook, and other related platforms to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Vertafore is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Total Rewards Package : Compensation : $57,500-$62,500, based experience and education.Benefits : Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), thirteen paid holidays, company-paid life insurance for you and your dependents, employee assistance fund and programs, wellness perks, and more!Employee Stock Ownership ProgramAs a 100% employee-owned company, Marshall+Sterling offers you the unique opportunity to build long-term wealth while growing your career.
